 | The highest-end part of the city, which harbors chic dinning, entertainment, and shops. This being said, the recreation in the Uptown portion of the city is much more expensive than the other areas.

Lorne Barkley  | | Academy sponsored events and activities will not be held in this portion of the city due to it's excessive crime rate, but students are not forbidden from entering this area of the city. All students and staff should be aware of the risk they are putting themselves in when they go into this district.
